1. Agreement to Terms
By contacting us, setting up a tour, or submitting a rental application, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our Services
We own and self-manage apartment properties in Lowell, Massachusetts. We provide communication services to help prospective and current tenants navigate the application, move-in, and move-out processes.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications
To effectively manage your apartment search and tenancy, we utilize text messaging.
- Opt-In: By completing the contact card at https://tmi.rentals/info, provided by our leasing agent, you consent to receive text messages from TMI Property Management & Development Corp. and acknowledge that our SMS messaging system is our primary method for scheduling all property tours and appointments. While you may choose to not opt-in, please understand we will be unable to send you an apartment application without contact information.
- Scope of Messages: Messages will be limited to facilitating your application, move-in process, and move-out process. We may also periodically text you to see if you have any new or ongoing apartment needs.
- Frequency & Cost: During the application and move-in process, expect 3-10 initial welcome messages, 2-3 messages per scheduling event, and direct responses to your inquiries. If you do not proceed with an application, we may reach out 1-2 times annually regarding available apartments. For move-outs, expect 3-10 messages to coordinate procedures, plus 1 confirmation message per mutually agreeable showing appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out & Help: You may opt out of our text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. For customer support or assistance, reply HELP. Please be advised that opting out does not alter your lease agreement obligations regarding apartment showings, and our normal course of business will proceed.
